According to the Bridgeport Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 350 block of Park Avenue at approximately 12:05 a.m. following reports of an altercation involving multiple individuals inside the residence. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Riddick bleeding and unresponsive at the front door of the home.
Emergency medical personnel responded immediately and transported her to St. Vincent’s Hospital in critical condition. Despite life-saving efforts by medical staff, she was later pronounced deceased. Authorities confirmed that Riddick suffered multiple stab wounds as a result of the incident.
